How to find the correct roof ventilation for you?

The difference between a roof ventilation specialist and installer is the same as doctor and a medical equipment salesman.
Knowing how to install doesn’t mean you know what to install, to solve the problem.
Having someone say “we’ve installed thousands” doesn’t mean the problem was solved in the best possible way.
An installer buys the roof ventilator(s) from a hardware store and sells it to you plus 50% with his installation cost.

You don’t know any better because you haven’t tried to get an alternative opinion.
So you end up with a kiss and a prayer in the hope that you’ve made the right decision.
Is it there for the life of the roof or will it leak or blow away after a few years?
